Ubud Bali Halfday Afternoon Tour

To spend a half day tour for A Half day tour to visit Ubud Village and its surroundings.
The afternoon tour of Ubud have chance to visit Tohpati for the demonstration of Bali traditional batik clothes. Afterward, go to Celuk Village for the gold and silversmith, then Mas village for the wood carving center. Continued to Ubud - painting and their community, continued to Ubud Monkey forest. Then, make a stop at Ubud Palace to see Legong Dance, combination dances with Legong dance, Mask dance and Barong dance with instrumental group music.
The dance performace held in outside courtyard of Ubud Palace with background huge closed gate, performance start : 7.30 pm till 9.00 pm. Dinner served at local restaurant

ITINERARY :

Tohpati Village :
Tohpati village welknown as a fine product of Batik painting cloth in Bali. It's just a view minutes from Sanur (one of the best tourist and hotel area in Bali) and very close to Batubulan village We can see how the worker to do his job to make the batik in their workshop.

Celuk Village :
The gold and silver smith is at Celuk village, location is close to Batubulan village where the Barong dance performanced. There are a lot of hug silver shop in this village. The wood carving village name's Mas village and Kemenuh village, both village produce very good quality of wood. Painter village name's Batuan and Lod Tunduh village .

Monkey Forrest
Their scientific name is Macaca Fascicuiaris. In Bali there are Balinese long tiled macaque troops (populations) that live in areas where they have litle to no contact with the humans and Troops that come in to contact with the humans on a regular basis. On the western part of the forrest is Dalem temple dedicated of the Siwa God. In the eastern part is Cemetery and Prajapati temple dedicated of Durga god (wife of the Siwa God). Entrance ticket cost 15.000 rupiah/person.

Ubud
Ubud is the centre of the art of Bali, that a hard concept to perhaps understand, given the artistic nature of the whole life in Bali. Ubud is also famous for it's regularly nightly traditional dance performances, which are part of the traditional culture and are arranged for tourists on a regular schedule. Legong Dance :
The “Legong” dance is the quintessential Balinese dance in all its glory. A classical dance that springs from age-old temple dances performed to appease the gods, the “Legong” is the epitome of grace and beauty. It is characterised by highly stylised slow movements. Its delicacy is heightened by the fact that is performed by richly costumed young dancers (sometimes only four years old), many of whom retire at the tender age of 18.
